RESERVATION
1. The reservation is applicable in Govt. nursing
college Jaipur, Govt. self financed nursing colleges and Private nursing
colleges. The reservation of seats will be subject to statutory provisions
enacted by State of Rajasthan.
2. The course of study for B.Sc. Nursing shall be
opened to both male and female candidates. The percentage of female candidates
shall not fall below 50% of the total seats in all categories.
A. 15% of the total
seats will be filled up by the candidates of all India basis inclusive of
Rajasthan and 16%, 12%, 21% & 1% of 15% is reserved for
ST, SC, OBC & SBC candidates respectively. The percentage of female
candidates shall not fall below 50% of the total seats in each category.
B. 16%, 12%, 21% and
1% of total seats will be reserved for natural born candidates of SC, ST, OBC
and SBC respectively (not adopted) as notified in the Presidential Order for
the State of Rajasthan. Female candidates will be given reservation as per
Order of Government of Rajasthan.
· In case female
candidates in any reserved category are not available then the seats shall be
filled from the male candidates of the same reserved category in which the
seats remained vacant and vice-versa.
· In case the
reserve seats are not filled in a particular category, unfilled seats will be
transferred to general seats.
C. For claiming
reservation under Disabled category
a. 3% seats of the
annual sanctioned intake capacity shall be filled on horizontal basis by
candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs from 50% to 70%.
b. Provided that in
case any seat in this 3% quota remains unfilled on account of unavailability of
candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs from 50% to 70% then any
such unfilled seat in this 3% quota shall be filled up by persons with
locomotory disability of lower limbs from 40% to 50% before they are included
in the annual sanctioned seat for general category candidates.
Candidates seeking benefit of reservation shall be
required to produce the caste certificate (SC, ST, Non creamy layer OBC, Non
Creamy layer SBC) and the additional category certificate (PH) issued by the
competent authority for verification at the time of reporting to the allotted
college. And must submit attested copies of the above documents.
3. Medical Fitness a candidate
desirous of admission will have to deposit the medical fitness certificate at
the time of reporting to the allotted college on the prescribed form certified
by a medical officer of the Government of Rajasthan as per the medical
standards.
4. The candidate may give maximum option of the
nursing colleges available in the list.
5. Online counselling will be held on 5th Sept. 2015 to
finalize the admission as per the order of Govt. of Rajasthan and RUHS.
TENTATIVE SEATS
Admission in the allotted college will be made only
after receiving permission of statutory bodies for the academic session 2015-16
In the Government colleges (including self
financed), 100% seats (of the intake sanctioned) and private nursing colleges
only 50% (seats of the intake sanctioned) shall be filled through Nursing
Admission/Counselling Board 2015 (RUHS). 50% seats of the total seats will be
field by female candidates in all categories. In case non availability of
female candidates, such seats shall be filled by male candidates.
The tentative number of seats shall be notified at
RUHS website (www.ruhsraj.org). The exact number of seats in each college will
be finalized before online counselling/allotment and updated on the website of
RUHS.
FEE STRUCTURE
The candidates are required to pay the prescribed
fee. The fees once deposited by the candidate for admission will not be
refunded in any case except for candidates who are reshuffled to other College.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Candidates for admission have to download option
form and guidelines for counselling from RUHS website.
1. The duly filled
option form have to be submitted along with a bank Challan of Rupees 10,000/-
from Oriental Bank of Commence (any branch at Rajasthan). No Option form will
be valid without the prescribed fee. No correction will be allowed in the
Option Form once submitted. Therefore submit the option form very carefully.
a. The amount of Rs. 10000/- deposited with the Option
Form will be adjusted against tuition fees for those candidates who have been
allotted the nursing college by convener, Nursing Admission / Counselling Board
2015 (RUHS).
b. This amount will be refunded to only those
candidates who have not been allotted any institute (Choice exhausted) by Nursing
Admission / Counselling Board 2015. Also in case of reshuffling of seats the
Principal of nursing college shall have to return the deposited fees and
original documents of the candidate to the reshuffled college of nursing.
c. If a seat is allotted to a candidate as per his/her
options & merit and if he/she does not report in the allotted institute,
then this amount will be forfeited (i.e. not refunded in any case).
d. The fees will be refunded only for selected
candidate in Govt. College of Nursing, Jaipur on the submission of joining
letter and copy of Challan.
2. The allotment of
nursing college will be carried out through the computer software by strictly
following the order of merit, seats available and the order of options filled
in by the candidate in the Option Form. No admission shall be made after the
date notified by Convener Nursing Admission / Counselling Board 2015 (RUHS).
3. The vacant seats
of Nursing colleges after 1st counselling and joining shall be filled up by
re-shuffling of admitted candidates from one college to another with upward
movement. If a candidate, having joined his/her allotted college does not want
to make upward movement he/she must inform about this within three days after
last date of joining through e-mail on the helpdeskbscnursing2015@gmail.com & so will not
be included in 2nd counselling.
4. In case of tie
position following steps in order be taken to resolve:-
a. One who has passed
the 10+2 examination in less number of attempts will be given preference.
b. If there is
further tie, the relative merit will be decided by the age of the candidates.
The candidate of higher age (older candidate) will be placed on higher merit.
c. If there is
further tie, candidate securing more marks in Secondary examination or its
equivalent examination will be given preference.
5. Candidates
are advised in their own interest to secure information regarding the admission
from the authorized website of RUHS (www.ruhsraj.org). The non-receipt of
communication to the candidate from Convener Nursing Admission / Counselling
Board 2015 will not be accepted as a ground for not submitting the Option Form
or non-reporting in the allotted institute on the scheduled time and date. The
candidate’s allotment shall stand automatically cancelled if he/she does not
report in person the allotted college as per schedule. In such case his
admission done by Nursing Admission / Counselling Board 2015 will be cancelled.
6. The
affiliated nursing college will be provided the list of selected candidates
which are allotted to it along with their contact number for the purpose of
getting them joined after dully verifying their credentials
7. The allotted
institute would check the originals documents of the candidates before allowing
his to join. If the admission is granted, the amount of Rupees 10000/- will not
be returned /refunded under any circumstances. The original documents will be
returned by the respective college after the university enrolment has been
done.
Note: Any change in mode of counselling/allotment,
separate instructions/guidelines shall be intimated to all through Newspapers /
Website etc.
The admissions shall be treated as provisional
subject to the final decision of any pending case(s) in any court of law, if
applicable to these admissions. Further, the provisional status of admission
shall stand cleared only after enrolment by the RUHS.
The decision of the Convener Nursing Admission /
Counselling Board 2015. shall be final and binding to all.
All the judgments relevant to these admissions,
passed by any Hon’ble court of justice as well as rules existing at the time of
making admissions will be applicable on these admissions and the candidates
will have to abide compulsorily with such judgments, rules and the changes.
